September 18, 2019 — Interested in Ignatian spirituality or curious to know more about the Jesuits? Come and meet them! Several events are being organized this fall throughout Canada. You will be able to grab a beer, hear personal stories, pray, contemplate, receive spiritual guidance or simply ask questions to Jesuits. These meetings can help you learn practical insights for personal and spiritual development. 

Craft Beer Tasting Night with the Jesuits, Vancouver (October 19)

and mingle with 8 young Jesuits at this-one-of-kind craft beer tasting
event. Food provided; questions encouraged. For men ages 19-39 who like
craft beer and faith. First beer is on us. Food menu available.

Discernment According to Ignatius of Loyola, Vancouver (October 25)

The Newman Association at the University of British Columbia is
sponsoring a special talk by Fr. John O'Brien, SJ on discovering God's
will in daily life and for a lifetime. With good food and drink.

Jesuits at One Rock, Calgary (October 26)

Whether or not you are attending the largest annual gathering of
Catholic young adults in Alberta, come meet a Jesuit, get spiritual
resources, and ask about our way of life!

St. Paul’s High School Ignatian Challenge Award Dinner, Winnipeg (November 5)

The 26th annual Ignatian Challenge Award Tribute Dinner
recognizes individuals within the community who embrace the ideals of
St. Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the Society of Jesus.

Scotch Nosing + Dinner, Toronto (November 6)

A fundraising evening of premium Scotches, fine dining, and fun.

At the largest Catholic young adult conference in Ontario, swing by our table for spiritual conversation!

Campion College Alumni of Distinction Awards Dinner, Regina (November 13)

Alumni of Distinction Awards promote the tradition of excellence of
Campion College and honour alumni and former students who have not only
distinguished themselves in their profession and in their community, but
also demonstrate the core values of their Jesuit education in their
professional and personal lives.

Come & See Weekend, Montreal (November 22-24)

Jesuits, hear vocations stories, pray, contemplate, ask. Experience
good company with fellow travelers in life's journey who are also drawn
to Ignatian spirituality. For men considering a vocation to ministry in
Church, especially anyone considering the Jesuit way of life as a
possible vocation. This weekend is for you.

Discernment Retreat, Midland (December 13-15)

you are considering a vocation in the Church and would like to explore
the Jesuit option, this annual discernment weekend is an ideal way to
deepen your spiritual life and hear more about God’s direction for you. At the Shrine, we will pray with the story of the Jesuits Martyrs — St. Jean de Brebeuf and his companions.

Jesuits at RiseUp, Toronto (December 28 – January 1)

largest annual gathering of Catholic university students in Canada is
taking place in Toronto this year — more than 1000 enthusiastic young
people. Several Jesuits will be on-site for the entire conference. Look
for the red table, and get connected. We'll have plenty of time to talk.
