Father Edwin (Ed) Merchant died peacefully on December 9, at Thunder Bay Regional Hospital, Thunder Bay, Ontario. He was in his 85th year and in religious life for 66 years.
Fr. William (Bill) Lonc died on November 27, at Rene Goupil House in Pickering Ontario. Fr. Lonc had for many years served as a professor of Physics at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax.

Jesuit Brother Alphonse (Al) McAndrew, SJ died peacefully on May 18, 2014 at Ajax-Pickering Hospital in Ontario. He was 82 years of age and a Jesuit for 59 years.
The Board of Governors of Regis College is pleased to announce the appointment of Rev. Scott Lewis, SJ as Dean of Regis College, the Jesuit Faculty in The Toronto School of Theology at the University of Toronto. Fr. Lewis begins his five-year term as Dean on May 1, 2014.
