Fr. Brian Strassburger, SJ is the Director of Del Camino Jesuit Border Ministries. He serves in camps and shelters on both sides of the Texas-Tamaulipas (US-Mexico) border. He will share an on-the-ground perspective of the evolving reality for migrants and asylum seekers, highlighting the humanitarian and pastoral response that guides Jesuit ministry in the region. Rooted in Catholic faith and Jesuit identity, this work supports those in need and provides hope in challenging circumstances. In addition to offering an overview of key policies shaping migration today, Fr. Strassburger will provide insight into how individuals — both in the United States and Canada — can contribute to meaningful change.

This event will include a Q&A session, and there is no cost. A recording will be sent to registered participants 48 hours after the event.
