Let’s face it, leading these days has not gotten any easier and the chaos looks like it will continue. Time-tested insights from Ignatian spirituality can add fresh perspectives to daily engagement in the workplace. This retreat invites leaders to enter a place of rest and beauty while absorbing the ancient wisdom of St. Ignatius of Loyola operative over the past 500 years.

Session will feature text from the writings of St. Ignatius, offer time for personal reflection and skill practice, and provide space for sharing, facilitated by a team of trainers, all of whom have expertise in Ignatian principles of leadership.

Shut off the torrent of busyness and consider new ways of being in this harried, chaotic world. Walk the trails through 640 acres of fields, forest and rolling pasture. Return to the workplace Monday refreshed with new vision and energy.
