MEN/WOMEN OA – Come and join us for a journey that will take you through the 12 Steps of recovery allowing you to strengthen a deeper spirituality within yourself. For those in Overeaters Anonymous with others welcome. This retreat tends to be interfaith with many non-Catholics in attendance. This is truly a spiritual approach for everyone. The U.S. based facilitator is a recovered, compulsive overeater and has many years of experience facilitating OA Big Book retreats.
