An art retreat on the practice of mindful living…

In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, we may find ourselves overwhelmed, disconnected, and
yearning for a deeper sense of balance and tranquility. The demands of modern living can leave us feeling scattered, stressed, and out of touch with the present moment.

This retreat offers you a sanctuary, a place to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the present moment, where God dwells.

You will be guided through practices that nurture awareness, foster inner stillness, and cultivate a mindful approach to life: mindful meditation, art journaling, clay work and labyrinth walking. Along the way you will be invited to listen deeply to your inner voice, to tap into your creativity and to connect more deeply with your spiritual journey.

Welcome to a retreat that is designed to help you explore the richness of the present moment and bring a renewed sense of clarity and peace into your everyday life!

Deadline for registration: January 10th, 2025. Limited spaces available.
