Ancient Wisdom available for Absolutely Everyone
This retreat will be held in English only.
Embracing the body-mind in our search for the Sacred in everyday life, we gather in peaceful silence, punctuated with three sessions of input from the facilitator each day. This includes some simple movements, breath work, and Eastern meditations collectively called Chinese Qigong. Opportunity to meet privately with the facilitator will also be provided. If you have attended before, some things will be brand new, and some can be a deepening of what you may have already experienced.
No previous training or special clothing needed. Our goal is to enjoy a retreat that is simple, fun, and easy!
