A weekend close to water

Who would you be without water? How would your life flow?

To honour life is to hold water as sacred…but water has been terribly dishonoured.

Over the weekend we hope to reconnect with the source of earthly life.  Contemplating its biological, political, social and spiritual streams, we’ll work to restore a living relation with the element that moves through everything we know and love.

The retreat will both celebrate the source of all vitality and sound the alarm over the violence it suffers.  It will bring together activist and contemplative regards for water, helping retreatants feel deeply and act justly.
