MEN & WOMEN IGNATIAN –

What are the pastoral consequences of the Lenten Season that culminates at Easter? What does it look like to be an Easter people, as Christians like to believe themselves as? To help us answer these meaningful questions we need to look to the disciples around Jesus themselves at his Passion and Resurrection.

To help us prepare to enter into the approaching transition from Lent to Easter, this ‘Palm Sunday’ weekend retreat will be a time to visually and narratively contemplate the disciples of Christ at this Easter time in their lives and afterwards. They were visibly changed in their pastoral presence as a consequence of the Passion and Resurrection. Through a deepened sense of empathy with their own Easter journey we too can find Easter just as consequential in our own lives… to live as Easter disciples in our own time.
