A Discerned Digital Detox
Apply here!
In today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world, constant screen time can lead to stress, anxiety, and disconnection from ourselves, nature and the people around us.
The ‘Unplugged to Reconnect Retreat’ aims to provide an immersive experience, empowering participants more consciously to choose their level of engagement with technology and reconnect with themselves.
Reflective discussions on the scientific support of downtime from screens, instruction in the art of discernment for making choices more freely, guided meditations, time spent in nature, and explorations of embodied practices like yoga will help retreatants establish a healthier relationship with the devices of our lives.
Rather than attempting to free ourselves definitively from all technology, which would be unsustainable for most of us today, our goal will be to recognize and reduce our current enslavement to it. Invest in this transformative experience and embrace a more balanced life in the digital age.
Retreat includes:
- Not a silent retreat
